🌞 Bright Adventures Summer Holiday Club 🌈 We are excited to welcome children to Bright Adventures Summer Holiday Club, where every day is filled with fun, creativity, learning, and adventure in a safe and nurturing environment. Our summer club has been carefully planned to provide children with a wide range of engaging activities that support confidence, friendships, creativity, physical development, and wellbeing throughout the holidays. Activities include arts and crafts, outdoor play, sports, themed days, sensory activities, cooking experiences, games, and local trips where appropriate. At Bright Adventures, we understand the importance of providing affordable and reliable childcare for families during the school holidays. Our holiday club has been designed to support working parents while ensuring children enjoy a fun, stimulating, and inclusive environment. We are committed to promoting: Healthy lifestyles and active play Inclusive practice and diversity Positive friendships and social development Children’s emotional wellbeing Safe and secure childcare provision Healthy snacks and drinks will be provided daily, and children are encouraged to bring comfortable clothing suitable for active play and outdoor activities, you will need to provide a nutritionally balanced lunch box for your child. Our experienced team works hard to create exciting experiences that allow children to explore, learn, and most importantly enjoy their summer holidays in a welcoming environment. Important Information for Parents & Carers
To help your child have a safe, enjoyable, and comfortable day at holiday club, please ensure the following items are provided each day:
🍎 Lunches & Snacks
Please provide a healthy, nutritionally balanced packed lunch
All lunch boxes must be clearly labelled with your child’s name
We are a strictly nut-free setting due to allergies within the club
🚫 Please do not send:
Nuts
Peanut butter
Nut-based snacks
Products containing nuts
We also encourage healthy options and kindly ask that sweets, fizzy drinks, and large amounts of chocolate are avoided.
💧 Drinks
Please provide a clearly labelled water bottle
Water will be available throughout the day
We can provide cups of water onsite; however, we are unable to provide bottles for outings and trips
👕 Clothing
Please provide:
A full change of clothes
Comfortable clothing suitable for active play
Weather-appropriate clothing:
Sun hat in hot weather ☀️
Coat/jacket for cooler days 🌦️
Suitable footwear for outdoor play
We recommend children wear clothes that can get messy during activities such as arts, crafts, and outdoor play.

During warmer weather:
Please apply sun cream before arrival
If your child requires reapplication during the day, please provide a clearly labelled bottle of sun cream

Please ensure children arrive on time for planned activities and outings
Children must be collected by an authorised adult listed on their registration form
